This site is a static information site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no accounts or forms. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical request data (such as your IP address) needed to deliver the font files. The site is delivered via Cloudflare, which processes request data to serve and protect it.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the service. We don't sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Assessment work
Bushfire assessment engagements involve property and client details. That information is collected and handled under the engagement terms we agree with you, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, and is kept confidential in line with professional practice.
